Calendula & Rose Cream

Traditionally soothing and astringent, Calendula and Rose are perfectly balanced for all skin types. This is an everyday cream that is used to moisturise and nourish the skin.

Calendula is like sunshine in a flower, she is ruled by the Sun and brings radiance and joy to all who know her. Calendula flowers are rich in antioxidants and oil-soluble vitamins, which are delivered directly to the skin to soothe and calm inflamed or irritated tissues.

Throughout history Rose has been associated with elegance and beauty. She is a Queen amongst flowers. Her energies are cooling and drying and her astringent actions help tighten and tone the skin.

All of our products are made in small batches from herbs, berries and flowers grown on the farm using organic and biodynamic principles. Flowers or leaf material is infused in locally made organic oils for a full lunar cycle before they are sieved and stored, ready to be made into salves and creams. Hand-harvested beeswax is used to stabilise the creams and salves and the natural preservatives of Rosemary and Grapefruit seed extract ensure no chemicals are needed.
